RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The return must be received by The FU Collection within 7 days of the confirmed
delivery date. The returned item must be unworn, unused, in the original packaging and in new
condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package.
We only accept returns of items that are deemed by The FU Collection to be defective
during manufacturing. No other returns will be accepted.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned item, if the item is deemed defective during
manufacturing, The FU Collection will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus
a 25% restocking fee. The FU Collection will not refund any customer whose order is
not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure
was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and
returned to The FU Collection. In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the
United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to
packages that were never delivered. If your package was delivered but you did not
receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. In
a case of a missing package on international orders, we will offer a 70% refund, we
will not be able to send out a second package. It is also your responsibility to contact
the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

Once we receive customer returned merchandise we will review your invoice and the
defects you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.
